Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated Site Labourers to support daily construction activities on-site. This is a hands-on position that plays a vital role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to HarbourTown’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labour tasks such as site cleanup, material handling, and basic tool use.
• Assist carpenters, tradespeople, and equipment operators as required.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials.
• Erect and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding or barricades.
• Always follow site safety policies and procedures.
• Support site supervisors and project managers in maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or labour experience is an asset but not required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Commitment to following safety protocols.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, First Aid, Fall Arrest) are considered an asset.
• Reliable transportation as some sites are not on public transportation routes.
